Pros
- The start-up company allows for high-level changes on a regular basis. - Culture = Community, a great group of professional individuals. - Associated with a large, reputable company = Apple Inc. - Get to work in beautiful facilities.
Cons
- Position: Quality of work depends on team, and there is no clear differentiation between senior staff and new staff (with the exception that senior staff is given more tasks/responsibilities w/o any incentive= pay raise or title change). - Position: Training staff on the "role" is dependant on clinic needs and position can become stagnant as well can hinder your growth. - Position: Difficult to take time off due to limited staff, you are responsible for finding coverage. - Position: Growth is minimal to none. Worked for the company for nearly two year's with zero announcement's of promotions, but rather a reorganization of management. - Company: Benefits do not go hand-in-hand with most start-up companies. (3 Sick Days, 15 PTO Days, fitness reimbursement (capped)). - Company: Exposed to amazing events, activities provided by Apple, but AC Wellness unable to attend.
