Pros
I've worked here for many years and find that it's generally a very positive work culture. They're also supportive of flexible work arrangements and the work feels meaningful and impactful.
Cons
As the agency has expanded, it's taken on a lot more functions. This is positive in terms of greater opportunity for internal job transfers and promotions but also means an increase in bureaucracy, complex procedures, risk aversion and silos. However this is in comparison to the way things were 5-10 years ago at the same agency, rather than relative to other agencies.
