      Excellent people and culture. Management ensure staff have a healthy work-life balance. Fantastic opportunity to work in Competition.

      Cons

      Pay is competitive with private sector for entry level and junior positions, but dwindles off afterwards. Progression can be slow and is not directly tied to quality of your work. Public service has red tape and moves slowly. Work in some business areas can be repetitive.

      Staff are passionate about their mission and extremely dedicated. They plan various thank you events that make volunteers feel valued and are always available to answer questions and provide guidance

      Cons

      Sometimes new programs or program changes are not rolled out with adequate training.
