Pros

Their hearts are for the community and they work to ensure that each member has her needs addressed. They offer a wide variety of programs that assist those who are in need of making connections.

Cons

Communications from the company to the underlings was quite poor. I'm not sure why, but as it continued to happen it appeared that the heads either didn't care, or they trusted their supervisors blindly. As a result, services rendered were shoddy at best. I'm only speaking from the program I was a part of, not all the programs.

Pros

It gives yo $15-$20 spending cash every worksheet you work, great for full time workers who go to school and need about $150-$230 of their paycheck before they get paid bi-weekly(from their fares). This job also sharpens your character like steroids; making you more patient and more gratefull for your mobile abiliies and mental capacities working with those with disabilities and those who have mental impairments.

Cons

-Poor growth opportunities and raises -Can expect to endure 3-4 hours of traffic every work shift --Job can physically be demanding feeling tired and lethargic if you don't take care of your body and have good healthy life style and eating habits. -This job will push you to be courteous and professional when your clients and customer service provides rude or less than desired interactions.
