Pros

* Regular hours *Great single person health care * relaxed environment: no dress code besides common-sense, great flexibility with time off or sick leave often could take day off day of (if i informed boss and had paid time off I could use) *coworkers and Sanjeev (boss of support department) are great and chill folks * fairly decent way to get experience on paper (what you actually do off paper may greatly vary)

Cons

* pay is not competitive * raises are dependent on the owner Kevin liking you * Kevin if he likes you will pull you out of your department and make you do his assorted projects which range from Janitorial like mopping to organizing to running electrical. * If Kevin finds out you are particularly good at any skill you can say goodby to the support department because your going to be repairing dry wall, painting walls, doing tiling including at kevins personal rental property's. * Kevin goes out of his ways to give menial tedious projects to new hires in the support department to "see if they are a good fit for the company" some of the ones I've seen new hires get are: sorting nuts and bolts, cleaning base board trim around the whole building, painting, moping the whole support department weekly, etc. * Kevin will move people around departments on a whim. regradless to your skill set or desired role. construction moved to support and support moved to construction. * Kevin and Steve are the Co-owners of the company and they are brothers, but they fight like a boomer married couple in the middle of a messy divorce. * Safety at ACD.net is a afterthought. From unqualified support department people being made to do plumbing and electrical work, poorly hung sound dampening panels falling on occasion breaking keyboards and computers (they haven't hit anyone yet thankfully), lights hung in the warehouse in a way its nearly inevitable they fall if they shake or wiggle just a little, and High powered laser engraving taking place in the middle of the support department office space without any shielding nearly blinding the most experienced support representative (they got merely side swiped by the laser and were still seeing stars for half and hour).

Cons

Fast pace can sometimes create shifting priorities Communication between departments can occasionally be inconsistent Workload can vary depending on project demands and timelines Processes and documentation are still evolving in some areas Employees may wear multiple hats depending on business needs Some roles require flexibility outside normal schedules during outages or urgent projects

Pros

- people you work with are very nice, - management (that aren't the owners) are actually very caring and do want to see you succeed. - good place to learn - despite my harsh cons, I did enjoy my time working here and really enjoyed the people I got to work directly with. - pretty easy to get overtime depending on your department

Cons

- owners are know it alls yet wonder why there are various issues - you'll be hired for one position, then you'll be working for a completely different position, and even in that position do something that's not in the job description - owners view everyone as expendable and then wonder why they're constantly having to hire new people. - new hires will be training other new hires within 1-2 weeks, and then wonder why something is done incorrectly - seriously the turnaround is comically bad. Even a super villain would have better worker retention - place is dysfunctional because of top level issues causing issues and butting heads with one another - insurance is very average - employee moral isn't the greatest when you're constantly seeing people get fired/moved around - communication could be better - you likely aren't getting a raise because they're going to fire you even if you think you've done a good job
