Business Outlook
Pros
Pay is on time and good amount per hours taught. No excessive oversight by management. No required office hours.
Cons
Pay is only for hours taught. No pay for planning, grading, etc., and not for holidays, term breaks, flights, accommodation, or transport to and from school, so it is not very good on the whole. Scheduling is often 6 days a week with split shifts, and no consideration for teacher's needs or requests. Little communication between management and teachers or between foreign and Khmer teachers. This place is basically a money making business where teachers are treated as replaceable parts.
