Pros

It started off as a great way to learn about franchises and support franchisees in their journey, not much in the way of employee support

Cons

Management struggles to take constructive criticism. Have tried to improve processes and create more meaningful data points to support the organization and manager vehemently removes or stops the progress.

Nice people who want to help you succeed, right in Downtown San Jose, great view of the foothills from the office, free coffee and snacks

Cons

The base pay is a bit low, but that’s why you have commission.

Pros

Excellent team, easy to work with and very reasonable, comfortable pay

Cons

The work is highly repetitive, sometimes you have to politely fight with clients, customers constantly complain about dumb things.
