- Upper management keeps all the money at the top. There is no trickle down to employees who do most of the work. Wages are barely above California minimum wage and have not been increased to counteract the increased housing and general pricing in the area. - No work parties to ease the obvious awkwardness of workmakes. - No incentives for workers to perform. - General laziness of managers to hire/fire for poor work space professionalism and integrity
