      Great pay structure... originally Supportive Campus Director Results-driven to impact lives positively

      Cons

      Mission changed and became no longer student-centric All employees regardless of role were pushed to be salespeople Management could not articulate the vision of re-org other than to achieve accreditation

      Pros

      Really smart people, thoughtful and impactful strategy and vision for the future, a lot of new and energetic leaders with bold ideas for the future.

      Cons

      A lot of work being done to recalibrate business processes to meet strategic priorities, but with that comes a lot of rapid change. This can be unsettling for those who aren't as accustomed to rapid evolution.

      - The people in the company care about the people they work with - The company mission of training people and helping to upgrade careers is good - Unlimited time off

      Cons

      - Lower level employees often not consulted on timelines leading to some ridiculous timelines - Lower level employees not really listened to for strategy - Sometimes feels like everyone is treading water
