      There is no Pros to working here.

      This is door to door selling. No salary, 100% commission. This place is a scam. They lie about their job posts online and when they call people to come in for interviews and describe the job description whether you applied for Customer service, PR, or a Marketing Manager the job description they give you to get you to come to the interview is the EXACT same...kind of odd considering they are all different jobs. They also lie and say you will be a manager in a couple months to get you to take the job and stay but that is also a lie. If you are wondering why they have any good reviews is because they used to go by Advantage Concepts. Look up Advantage Concepts on glassdoor and you will see. It is the same company, same address & it has awful reviews because those are the real reviews.

      Pros

      There's a great environment here. I've made a lot of friends and everyone wants you to do well. Unlike a lot of larger companies the managers actually want you to help you succeed and will put in extra work to help you. There is also a lot of growth potential within the company. Your hard work will not go unnoticed you definitely get what you put in. Overall it was a great place for me to start my career.

      Cons

      Company is very fast paced and competitive, really have to go the extra mile to stand out.

      Pros

      Best part about this company was the culture and overall atmosphere. I have never been a part of a workforce that really looks out for you and your future. Everyone is welcoming and always helpful. The managers are great role models for people who really want to change their personal habits and overall lifestyle. Changing your lifestyle and making the commitment isn't for everyone, so people get turned off by the challenge. Now if you're looking for something that will challenge you to be better, you've found the right place.
