Cons
- Pay is a decent amount less than what you'd get elsewhere. It's a trade-off for the generous vacation time, low-pressure work environment, and travel benefits - Management is totally hit or miss. Some departments are extremely well-run and others, not so much - No real room for upward trajectory. People stay here for upwards of 10 years so management opportunities and promotions are basically non-existent
