      Pros

      Cares about the patients, community, and the employee. This hospital is very community orientated. There is opportunity for employment growth. And best of all- Free Parking!

      Cons

      Don't make it a habit of being late. There is a swipe time clock system. They do not accept tardiness. You will get an occurrence, they will take disciplinary action.

      Pros

      The pay is good. It's 8 hour shifts. Insurance is great. You did receive a discount if you had to be seen in the ER. If you worked holidays you got double time and a half. The new CEO (Nicole- glass door still has John Lewis listed on here. I don't recommend him but Nicole is great) is changing things for the better.

      Cons

      Schedule could be wonky. You could get off on Sunday at 7 am and be scheduled for 5 am Monday morning. The bounce back was rough. If someone calls off for the midnight shift and you know admissions but worked 3-11, you may have to stay til 7 am. There can be drama too.
