Pros

Office views and location Short commute Flexibility Attempt at work/life balance but only for a few Average benefits

Cons

Where to begin... strategy and direction change on a daily basis with no real reason so you never know what you're walking into on any given day. Deeply low morale because it's a hire-and-fire shop with zero explanation as to where colleagues have gone and why. Titles mean nothing. People who are underqualified have more senior level jobs. People who do their job and accel are let go. Everyone is on pins and needles not knowing who is next or why and when they are going to be shown the door. Leadership is unstable, self-centered, and closed off. Favorites are played, particularly with certain men, and female employees' looks are criticized yet leadership boasts about diversity and promoting women in leadership positions (even though they let a lot of them go in less than 1 year). People of a different cultural background or generation (read: too young or too old) are judged. Interns and junior level employees are worked to the bone, fostering an environment of fear vs. support. This behavior is enabled by senior management, reinforced on a regular basis with unstable reasoning and otherwise completely ignored.
