      Pros

      I would not suggest any one to join the company. Company will fire if your package is more than 10 LPA, and they don't have any project. No any cons, you have to visit each and every day to client site. you have to work Saturday as well in twice in a month. They have also sign a contract to work with them for 2years.

      Pros

      well trainined company helps employee expand their boundaries improve skills and overall scope helpful manager and team Always helps in improving and growth in the success

      Cons

      late salary update to the bank like 7th of every month Improve in terms of pay scale (like we are in 2026 and pay is 4lakh per annum ??) Internal application has to be improved since company is there for 35 years and no internal application or home ground application build till date.
