      Good to learn many as fresh benefit good

      Cons

      Expect new employee to know everything within 1 month., Colleagues no teach, explain and shouting daily. No Ot claim always work at least 4-5 hour until 11-midght. No work life balance. Poor culture. Working environment not so good.

      -Management provides good learning opportunities for employees who are dedicated. -Fast pace, steep learning curve, great exposure- excellent for driven individuals -There is a strong work ethic among some collaborative colleagues

      Cons

      -Inconsistent processes and expectations across project teams -vendor selection and allocation could be more standardized across the board to ensure smoother project execution -fast pace, hence there isn't always time for "hand-holding". May overwhelmed if unable to cope
