      New Leadership took over and slowly turned the office into a depressing place to work. Constant layoffs after a visit from a CEO whose motivating speech was to not let the door hit you in the a** if you didn't like how they did things.

      Metrics are sometimes unclear Layoffs are common with no real announcement People will dissappear all of a sudden while announcing record profits No real interest or investment in those with less than 5 years in the company
