Pros
Small management team which means a very understanding and easy to work with business. The work is very flexible as you can accept or turn down any shift that comes through. They pay quite well, both per hour and per km. Colleagues are friendly and generally easy to work with. Everyone is pretty easy-going, and the work is pretty straight forward.
Cons
The work is sporadic; workflow depends on the amount of projects that ACT has coming up. They happily try to work around your schedule, but it'll oftentimes mean that you miss out on a shift due to client demands/requirements. This is more of an income-supplement job rather than an income-dependant job.
