Most companies have less stars due to management abuse. I do not feel that way here, the management is understanding and supportive of their staff.

Growing pains such as periodic management role shifts, undeveloped standardizations, and balancing workload between employees. However, vast improvements have been made to these areas recently and are expected to continue.

Supportive co-workers Flexible schedule Overall a great place to work most coworkers are extremely helpful and friendly.

RM brings family on job sites / sub stations around equipment. RM will have Girl friend in work vehicle when giving employees rides. RM is highly unprofessional handling personnel. Plenty of other serious issues that I wont list.
