      The work is incredibly easy if you can follow post orders and aren't glued to your phone and can show up when scheduled. Internal promotion is absolutely a thing. Former guard is now an Operations Manager.

      Cons

      90% of the people you will have to deal with are low left on the intelligence bell curve. They'll think the rules are for everyone else and not them, or look at you like "What is your problem?" When you ask them to follow procedure. Pay could be more competitive.

      This is the most toxic, poorly ran company I ever worked for. They will work you to death. You are just a number. They’re very unprofessional and they dont care about their employees. RUN!
