Work feels repetitive and uninspired, with limited room for creativity or ownership. The culture, while claiming to be inclusive and collaborative, is in fact hierarchical and unwelcoming to genuine feedback. Innovation is a buzzword, not a practice, and new ideas are often dismissed in favor of outdated processes. Despite promoting diversity and inclusion, representation remains poor and meaningful equity efforts are absent. Work-life balance is more aspirational than real, with quiet burnout normalized across teams. The fast pace is often just disorder—changes are poorly communicated and leave employees scrambling. Many are left disillusioned, recognizing that the organization values image over substance.
