Pros
I do not work directly in the home, absolutely love my manager, she's extremely professional, and most definitely knows rules, policy, and state guidelines, she is making a big change in our department and for ADEC, making proper changes, following policie, procedures, and state guidelines, most definitely not bullying to her staff or others, and stands behind her staff. My manager is the most proficient, professional manager / leader that I've ever had, lots of professional people skills, she's amazing, lots of people could learn so much from her, if they would be willing to set aside their ego. I do havevto say I love my job, and going to work everyday day, and wouldn't change that for the world, working at this company is very rewarding, we make a difference in the clients lives, and the clients just warm your heart.
Cons
Very unprofessional environment, very disappointing, with lots of turn over in staff. Many policies, procedures, state guidelines lines are not adhered to, and absolutely nothing you can do about it, people don't care, or worry about other people's lives. They do not have anyway to communicate with corporate compliance, anonymously, and when you feel like your concerns aren't heard, or seem important, what do you do, but feel like you're being bullied, and targeted.
