Pros
Opportunity for advancement. Decent pay, not the greatest, but decent. Mostly great people at store level.
Cons
Upper echelon is disconnected with the reality of daily store management. Their expectations are often times just not feasible. They continue to pile on responsibilities with no extra compensation. Bonus structure sets you up for failure.
