      Very rough environment, a lot of harassment and very male dominated

      Cons

      Horrible working environment, not inclusive. Production manager runs everything and is hostile quite often.

      Pros

      The wage was decent not the best but decent

      Cons

      Everything else about the company first and foremost the management team was horrible all you are is a number not a person everybody is replaceable in their eyes. When your kids get sick and you are a single parent household you will get fired. Working in the shop is very cliquey.
