      - Chance to work with multiple technology - Works with an international staff - Lots of combined experienced people

      Cons

      - You are expected to give up your personal life for work - You are expected to work 12 or more hours a day, week-ends included to deliver impossible deadlines - Consistently lied about conditions, terms changes every day depending out the CEO feels - Get verbally berated for every single small mistakes done - Terrible project management - Being blamed for creating a high quality deliverable

      Pros

      You learn a lot, there are several technologies and a lot of challenges. Adfab France has a lot of good and very skilled persons.

      Cons

      I worked at Adfab north America in Montreal for 6 months. The company expects you to live your all life at work, you can't leave work without felling guilty. The CEO sells websites under estimated to have the contract, then you have to deliver it with a lot of extra hours not paid. He also put a lot of pressure on you. If you make a mistake, you can expect him to put more pressure on you and make you feel guilty as if you where a very bad person. If there is a break and no projects are in progress, you are lucky you will only do the 40 legally hours by doing tutorials. After quitting, the company didn't give the legal document I asked. I had to ask to the "normes du travail" to get it.

      Great place to work where I had a chance to learn a lot from my co-workers.

      Cons

      Sometimes there was a bit too much overtime.
