Pros

Supportive Professional Accept you for who you are Training every week if you want it Salary is good for a local job Customer Care is a priority

Cons

Perhaps you could earn a bit more in London, but quality of life matters. Bit unusual to start with as you have to understand the bosses are very genuine about their values on customer care and the environment. It took me a bit of time to realise this is not just typical marketing that many companies do, but rather what they actually believe and care about.

Pros

At ADM, our greatest asset is undoubtedly our team. We've cultivated a workplace culture that not only encourages growth and innovation but also supports each individual's career journey. Our low staff turnover is a testament to the positive environment we've nurtured over our 40 years in business, where team members feel valued and motivated. The success of our apprenticeship program stands as a shining example of our investment in the future, successfully integrating fresh talent into our experienced ranks. It's immensely gratifying to witness the personal and professional development of our staff, knowing that the company's support system plays a crucial role in their achievements.

Cons

Being part of the management team, I recognise that my perspective is inherently optimistic. As with any organization, there are challenges—navigating the tech landscape means that we must continuously adapt and learn, which can sometimes be a demanding process. We're committed to improving our internal processes to ensure that while we grow, we maintain the same level of support and personal touch that our team values - and continue to extend this to our customers as well.
