I do not recommend this company to anyone. Not to agents and certainly not to Projects looking for a company to run their Call center. The major turn-over at ADM is due to micromanagement in which no one feels happy or benefited. Numbers and KPIs are falsified with regularity to leave the best possible impression. Team leaders and quality agents are asked on a regular basis to lie during weekly meetings with clients to make them believe that everything is going well. Unfortunately, this is all a false appearance. The office is poorly maintained, old materials, floor covered with an old and bad-smelling carpet and occasionally you can find a cockroach in the paying coffee machine. Don't be fooled by the few good reviews you might find here. Either they are written by HR personnel still working for ADM, or by agents asked during their lunch break to leave a good review for the company. Even the reviews are falsified. How does the famous saying go again,.. Fake it till you make it?
