Fantastic Organization - Regional Development Manager ADMI Employee Review

I am an Academic and Industry Relations Manager for ADMI which is the management side of Aspen Dental. It is BY FAR the best job I have ever had! The culture is amazing. I have never worked for a company that values their employees as much Aspen. We are encouraged to share our opinions and ideas and given the tools to implement them. There is a clear sense of shared purpose in changing the lives of patients and employees. I have found my forever career here at ADMI/Aspen Dental!

I really don't have any cons, but if I HAD to pick something I would say that the organization is rapidly growing which always presents some challenges in keeping up with staffing and processes. But that's a good problem to have!
