- no compensation adjustment system in the company, there is a wide gap between old employees and new employees (new employees have better pay!) - no seniority priority (old employees are considered a blight and are squeezed out at every turn) - promotion system is every two years (your are eligible for one, doesn't mean you get one, personally i have 5 years without a pay raise even though i have achieved 4 consecutive years of "exceeding expectations" rating
