Pros
At ADSE you can work in the following sectors: aerospace/aviation, rail transport, shipbuilding, defence (land, sea, air). ADSE is a nice company to work for early in your career, where you can learn a lot, especially from customer projects.
Cons
At some of the ADSE customers you may be treated as an expendable throw-away employee. ADSE salaries are somewhat lower than what you get at competitors like NLR, TNO, or at ADSE customers like KLM, Damen, Ministry of Defence, etc. Pension system at ADSE is really bad. Therefore my recommendation is to work for ADSE a number of years in order to boost your own market value with some valuable experience and get a useful network, but then move on to a larger company with better salaries, pension, etc.
