      Weekly pay is the only pro.

      Cons

      Don't ever work at the FSC in Jacksonville. They will chew you up and spit you out. No appreciation for the employees who actually do their jobs. They want you to give up your life and work overtime every week. If you don't, then you don't matter. They don't care if any employee who only works 40 hrs does more work than someone working 50 hours or more a week. At of all the mangers only two are worth anything. Most of them are too worried about their own careers and their bonuses to care about their employees. So take my advice DO NOT work at the FSC in Jacksonville.

      Pros

      There is a lot of diversity. I love the team I am on. My manager is amazing and helps me improve myself with the company. We have different types of Bergs that I am part of the disabilities. Love to meet different people in the company that I would not have met before.

      Cons

      Customers can be very nasty at times, but with a kind word on your side can make a difference.

      Pros

      I've worked for the company for 40+ years, I'm treated with respect and my efforts are recognized by my Director and other ADT leaders. They give me the autonomy to manage my department and value my experience and insight. They offer a solid benefits package. ADT leads by example with their cultural markers and ensures that rules and laws are followed. I love the collaboration I have with our other departments.

      Cons

      Obviously, we all want more money, especially given the prices of everything, it's always nice to make more money, but I've checked the compensation and benefits in similar positions outside of ADT and I feel ADT is paying a fair wage and when I factor in the benefits package, they are above average in overall compensation.
