Pros

Good exposure to new acpects of the field service world. New products generaly were followed by good training. Benefits were ok.

Cons

Management is more focused on numbers then kepping good employees around to give them those numbers they are seeking. Company was more willing to hire new employees with less experiance for big rate of pay then to give raises to existing employees that were meeting or exceeding expectations.

Pros

There is a lot of diversity. I love the team I am on. My manager is amazing and helps me improve myself with the company. We have different types of Bergs that I am part of the disabilities. Love to meet different people in the company that I would not have met before.

Cons

Customers can be very nasty at times, but with a kind word on your side can make a difference.

Pros

I've worked for the company for 40+ years, I'm treated with respect and my efforts are recognized by my Director and other ADT leaders. They give me the autonomy to manage my department and value my experience and insight. They offer a solid benefits package. ADT leads by example with their cultural markers and ensures that rules and laws are followed. I love the collaboration I have with our other departments.

Cons

Obviously, we all want more money, especially given the prices of everything, it's always nice to make more money, but I've checked the compensation and benefits in similar positions outside of ADT and I feel ADT is paying a fair wage and when I factor in the benefits package, they are above average in overall compensation.
