Recruiter overstated most of job expectations and job description. Have to compete against ADT telemarketers, ADT Corporate and ADT dealers. Management has no clue in the daily schedule of small business sales and the way to support the sales staff. Being 100% commission, sales staff is in office and on conference calls 40-50% daily which is unpaid time for Sales. Making contacts and appointments is our life blood, not the senseless training by a negative "Tiger Team" person who comes to our office with absolute negative personal beratements against individual sales staff! Constant negativity and overall lack of support. Redefining pay structures and constant changing of contract and is the norm.
