Pros

Benefits, Pay is ok, Remote job

Cons

Micromanagement from TL & TM, is TERRIBLE maybe because it's a remote wfh position. Not very Diverse, Burn out, Working with systems troubleshooting and answering to TL & TM in a short time frame within 1 phone call, Stuck between First Call Resolution and keeping the queue down,no shift bids so stuck with the same hrs as long as you work here. We have to Correct just about everything from ALL departments in our department, sometimes with little to no knowledge, So we are figuring out thru documents, no learning modules whatsoever. Privacy is out the door, I told a TM abt a very personal issue (s), the next day in a huddle alot of what TM addressed I felt was indirectly @ me abt leaving issues at home. She then pulled me for a coaching after the huddle and told me to leave my problems at home. I normally spoke to Employee Relations about PERSONAL issues, I would not even told TM, but the way PERSONAL issues are addressed now is an email, with abt 3 people CC'd in it. I took time off after that Coaching. TM or TL are not HR and should not have the power to know someone's personal business. Since I have been back, emails and Huddles have been about coming to work. I think this job is more designed for the younger generation. I have updated my resume and actively seeking employment elsewhere. I will submit my notice appropriately.

Pros

Pros I truly enjoy working at ADT. I have the flexibility of a hybrid schedule, which allows for a great work-life balance. The company offers generous PTO, and more importantly, actively encourages employees to take the time they need to recharge. There’s also a strong sense of job security. ADT is consistently growing, and the steady flow of new hire classes reflects that stability. In my role, I get the opportunity not only to help people start their careers, but also to coach and support agents as they grow professionally and personally. Seeing that development firsthand is incredibly rewarding. On top of that, I work with an amazing team. The people here are supportive, collaborative, and genuinely care about each other’s success, which makes a huge difference in the day-to-day experience.

Cons

While compensation is generally competitive, I would love to see more opportunities for performance-based bonuses to help employees further grow their savings and feel rewarded for their contributions. Additionally, there is some opportunity for improvement in how the building facilities are managed to enhance the overall workplace environment.
