      Pros

      Within a team, there is some flexibility to shape the work environment to your preference. This can help ease the pressure often imposed by upper management. Many opportunities for career advancement. Great Benefits (until they severed from Ka*ser P*rmanete in GA)- hopefully they get that back!

      Cons

      This is not a workplace that prioritizes work-life balance. While the compensation is competitive, particularly for those aiming for a six-figure income, the workload and demands on availability may not justify the pay. Also high turn over rates. Upper management tends to be unreceptive to constructive feedback from ground-level employees and lower management, even when it’s based on direct client interactions and troubleshooting experiences.

      Pros

      I've worked for the company for 40+ years, I'm treated with respect and my efforts are recognized by my Director and other ADT leaders. They give me the autonomy to manage my department and value my experience and insight. They offer a solid benefits package. ADT leads by example with their cultural markers and ensures that rules and laws are followed. I love the collaboration I have with our other departments.

      Cons

      Obviously, we all want more money, especially given the prices of everything, it's always nice to make more money, but I've checked the compensation and benefits in similar positions outside of ADT and I feel ADT is paying a fair wage and when I factor in the benefits package, they are above average in overall compensation.
