Super flexible hours, at least when i was there, i believe they are changing the policies a bit Good commission pay per sale Milage, phone, tolls, phone reimbursement
Cons
No base, 100% commission, you will get some really low paychecks and really high one’s as well My manager was not very helpful, he was a behind the desk kind of mgr and i would have liked some field training/ride alongs. Training is paid, but paid pretty low, and takes a month
