Pros

The agents are amazing and deserve better!

Cons

Micro, micro manage. The agents are treated with no respect at all. The owner has a nasty "executive" & "leadership ha!) teams to do his dirty work so he doesn't look like a bad guy & everyone loves him. Yet, a huge amount of agents have left, they can barely get any to stay longer then 90 days, lost accounts and he doesn't know, yea right. They try to run it like the huge companies but refuse to hire enough employees or update the booking technology to do so. The pay & benefits are awful. The 5 star reviews are most likely from the executive /leadership teams.

Pros

They do not micro manage. Once you prove yourself, they respect and trust your judgement. Virtual steady hours. No weekends or holidays. Overtime available.

Cons

No bonuses low pay. Need to offer more PTO. Less than industry standards. Redundant software apps.
