Pros

They offer affordable medical with a relatively deductible, employer paid vision and disability insurance, four weeks paid time off, 6 paid holidays, and a 3% match 401k.

Cons

You will be treated like an hourly employee by being expected to sit at your desk for a minimum of 8 hours a day. You will not be compensated for hard work or long hours. Demands from leadership are unending and all treated as emergencies. The salary and bonuses of those in the C-Suite far outweigh that of the rest of the employees. The company claims to offer a flexible work schedule but rarely allows employees any leeway. The stated culture is great on paper but isn’t practiced by leadership. If you ask for a raise you will be pushed out. If you say you are leaving before you hit 5 years you will be excommunicated. They will unjustly fight unemployment claims.

Pros

The people are super friendly! As an intern, I had plenty of work to do, and always could ask questions.

Cons

Unusual for people to work through lunch/eat at their desk

Pros

The projects you work on can be very interesting and challenging. Made some great friendships with a few coworkers.

Cons

This company is a textbook example of a toxic work environment. Upper management is completely out of touch with day-to-day realities of business and treat lower-level employees poorly. Company runs on the backs of lower-level employees who are overworked, underpaid, and undervalued. Deadlines are short and unrealistic resulting in mandatory overnight and weekend shifts to complete in time. Communication between teams is poor and causes constant chaos and rework. Extremely high turnover.
