Friendly co-workers, flexible schedule, ok benefits, allows newly graduated engineers to get a taste of a variety of projects-a good baseline to start their career in the world of engineering professionals.

They treat their employees like they are children. The work is not how they present it in interviews, they give you the feeling that you would be able to work on projects all over the world-which they never do. Raises are below standard average. Management is unapproachable.
