People are passionate, collaborative, and self-motivated; the team appreciates individuals' work and contribution, and truly cares about people. Manager is very supportive, and always encourage me to dig into my interest at work. Many opportunities for continuous learning. HR team is reliable and efficient. H1B/OPT employees friendly.

Lack of salary raise / bonus plan; they seemed to be working on it by the time I left though
