Pros
The location of the company would be its biggest pro because it is located at Alonso Martinez. There are nice people, but you do not know who to trust Summer time allows you to do other things
Cons
Salaries are improvable (and there are no significant increases) Creativity and critical capacity is null. It is more important to obey than to think. HR does not help much, because it is the first against the employees.
