Pros

If you need a job it's a job.

Cons

- 85-90% of the people are paid less than the median rate for the area. - Poor leadership from vice presidents and department heads. - It seems like they have no clue how to run the company anymore. - Promote the wrong people. - 98% of upper management positions have been staffed by new employees instead of promoting within. - It appears that if you're a female there is less chance to advancement. - Management will dangle a promotion or salary increase which is not really attainable. - Be prepared to be overworked and underpaid. - Below or right at cost of living increases every year (on average 3%). - Leadership only cares about the bottom line and not the employee. - HR department is staffed with incompetent personnel. - Limited parking and bathroom availability for the over staffed office. - After the ESOP program ended there has been a steady exit of well established employees. - Expensive health insurance. - Terrible bonus structure. - New title does not mean you will get a pay increase even though your roles and responsibilities have increased.

Pros

Equipment was available most of the time.

Cons

As a driver, safety should be a priority, but there were times concerns seemed to get pushed aside. It was frustrating and honestly made me uncomfortable coming into work some days.
