Pros
Everyone is united, by a common problem and unbounded working time. The more time you spend on working, the closer you get naturally.
Cons
Everyone in aetos is mentally resigning and talks about resignation is so open that even the higher management will engage on it openly. There is no proper structure in managing the operations and mostly it is just 'fire fighting' day in and out and the fire is getting bigger. Ground managers have to work with very limited resource to fulfill the ever growing need.
