Cons
No work live balance - in contract you supposed to work 4 days 2 offs with 240 min hours per month. Wanna enjoy OT pay 264 hours per month minimum. But in reality you are force to OT 5 days per week of 12 hours shift. If you want to cancel your OT you HAVE to take MC for it, not simply by asking to cancel the OT shift. Management - Aetos division management is the worst i ever seen from the admin to tl to oic to oc. No respect for their officer on ground. If you don’t follow with the instructions they ask you, they will threaten you with your performance grade, charge you many more. Prepare to miss all the important plans or evens you have with your family and friends because you will be busy with working all the way. Taking annual leave is not that easy in aetos because they have quota.
