      Mancanza delle nozioni base imprenditoriali per quel che concerne la gestione dei rapporti coi lavoratori (nulla da dire sulle capacità tecniche-professionali), disorganizzazione totale nelle idee e nei fatti, cultura aziendale dell'età della pietra, non c'è spazio per nessun tipo di confronto né di feedback. In poche parole, tolto il lato finanziario, gestione disastrosa.
