      35 hour work week, union protection, pension, a lot of great members who inspire you to do great work on their behalf.

      Cons

      Management that fights for workers' rights on Capitol Hill and in the media, yet runs roughshod over staff; inept HR department; toxic culture from the highest levels that hurts your day-to-day work.

      Pros

      Great diverse group of people to work with & lots of travel helping build membership across several states.

      Cons

      When I’m not traveling for work, I’m too far away from my family in California being that I have to live in Washington state. I’m hoping to get a job closer to my family.
