      - Fair salary compared to other consulting companies. - Good yearly salary update, if you have had a good performance (It always depends how you sell yourself and get good feedback from your assignments) - Very good environment and managers. - Flexible work depending on your assignment. - Very good team activities.

      - Hard to get a big salary improvement (I guess that's all over)
