      Pros

      Good work life balance. Great set of colleagues. Interesting work and opportunities for career progression through different business lines. A strong merit based culture.

      Cons

      Can't think of any. It is just a great environment to work in. Work can be specialist in nature but general administration and corporate function roles are also available.

      Poor leadership and bureaucratic systems that make it impossible to get any work done. About 90% of the DoD civilian's are stuck in 1989.
