      Peers are friendly and enjoyable to work with

      Cons

      The product is unreliable and underperforms. Leadership is ineffective and continues to grow unnecessarily. Soon it feels like the entire company will be management with no real contributors. There’s little to no room for career growth, and the 401k match is very poor compared to industry standards.
