I genuinely cannot think of a single positive aspect about working here.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience to help others avoid what I went through. Working here was, without exaggeration, one of the most toxic, unprofessional, and draining experiences of my career. From day one, it was clear that this company has no interest in employee well-being or development. The onboarding process was chaotic and disorganized, with no proper training or clear expectations. I was thrown into tasks with minimal guidance and expected to perform at full capacity immediately. When I asked for help, I was either ignored or made to feel like a burden. Management is, without a doubt, one of the worst aspects. There’s no leadership—just control. Managers operate through fear, intimidation, and micromanagement. Constructive feedback doesn’t exist; instead, you’re constantly criticized in front of others. They promote a culture of favoritism, where personal connections matter more than actual performance. Hard work goes unnoticed unless you’re part of the inner circle.

Since the company is growing and evolving, processes are still improving, which can occasionally be a bit unclear.

Occasionally, you may need to wear multiple hats, which can be challenging if you prefer very defined roles.
