Pros

Work / life balance allowed, decent pay possible.

Cons

Feedback was helpful at times (when available), non existent at others and actually abusive and/or not constructive at other times. The abusive feedback may have been an attempt to get people to leave the company after they got access to employee networks / connections. Beyond that, management issuing platitudes and patting each other on the back does not boost morale. The company is still building and trying things while still trying to establish a foothold in a growing market for AI training and certifications. The unrefined / rushed process leaves potential clients not trusting the company or having a feeling that they may be desperate for business.
